Deliveries in Austria

We charge a flat shipping fee of €6.90 per order. Orders over €75 are delivered free of charge. We deliver within Austria by post.

Delivery to Germany

We charge a flat shipping fee of €8.00 per order. Orders over €75 are delivered free of charge. Austrian Post's partner for deliveries to Germany is the shipping service provider DHL. Subject to change without notice.

Delivery to Italy

We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.00 per order. Orders over €75 are delivered free of charge.

Shipping to other EU countries

We also deliver to EU zones 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, which include the following countries:  

Deliveries to EU ZONE 1: Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary. We charge a flat shipping fee of €10 per order.

Deliveries to EU ZONE 2: Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands. We charge a flat shipping fee of €13 per order.

Deliveries to EU ZONE 3: Finland, France, Luxembourg, Romania, Sweden. We charge a flat shipping fee of €14 per order.

Deliveries to EU ZONE 4: Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain. We charge a flat shipping fee of €24 per order.

Deliveries to EU ZONE 5:  Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Cyprus. We charge a flat shipping fee of €24 per order.

For all other countries:

We charge a flat rate of €40 on each order.

Return shipments:

In order to consciously manage shipping routes and resources, we charge a flat rate of EUR 6.00 for returns.
This will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
